"I booked this retreat on a whim and with no expectations, but this seriously went above and beyond anything I could have wanted. Kata is such a magical person, her teachings are really beautiful and unique. The explorations of the goddesses were fascinating and the yoga practices were really empowering. The villa was in a stunning location with beautiful views surrounded by nature and the food was absolutely sensational. Having some dietary requirements, it was extra special to be accommodated without being made to feel like it was an issue. The retreat gave me the opportunity to open up and explore the depths of myself with curiosity and kindness, surrounded by a small group of wonderful and supportive women.
